Vendor booths are $350, which is for a 10x10 booth. This includes two lanyards, two tables, two chairs and a trash can. 


This application is for August 21-23 2026. Vendor booths are required to obtain an Osage vendor license, which is an added $30 per vendor, and tax will be collected at the end of the show to pay the Osage Tax Commission. This is 7%. 

TULSA LOCALS
If you are a Tulsa local and would like to attend our show as a vendor, we will be offering $100 booths in our Thistle ballroom that we are turning into a local spotlight room! This room has traffic from both our art shows we do, and our tattoo contests for Best Painting, Flash and Fake Skin!
