Vendor booth application

Use this form to apply for a booth. If approved, an e-mail and link will be sent for payment. Payment must be made a week from when the invoice is sent.

Vendor booths are $350, which is for a 10x10 booth. This includes two lanyards, two tables, two chairs and a trash can. 

If you are interested in a more affordable booth in our newer room, please check the box below. 


This application is for March 21-23 2025. Vendor booths are required to obtain an Osage vendor license, which is an added $30 per vendor, and tax will be collected at the end of the show to pay the Osage Tax Commission. This is 7%.
